For orders with a value below £50.00, we charge £4.95 for delivery within the UK Mainland.
Small items with a value of more than £50.00 will be shipped to you free of charge within the UK Mainland.
We aim to despatch your order within one to two working days of receiving your order, unless an item is out of stock. You will receive a message by email when your item has been despatched.
Any large and heavy items will accrue some extra cost and priced specifically for your order. Please email us at shop@culturetrend.co.uk with the product description you are interested in and your full delivery address. We will get back to you with the exact delivery charge.

What do I do if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived in the anticipated timeframe, please contact us at shop@culturetrend.co.uk as a matter of urgency, so we can make the necessary enquiries. Your despatch confirmation email contains your order number.
Why have I had a refund when I didn’t cancel my order or return an item?
It’s a very rare occurrence but, once in a while, things can go wrong. You may receive a refund if we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered. This can happen if the item is the last one we have in a range and it’s not in good enough condition to send or it gets damaged as we’re processing your order. In the unlikely event this occurs, we will first attempt to source a direct replacement, and if that is not possible we will issue you a refund.
Consumer Rights Act – deliveries
The Consumer Rights Act of 1 October 2015 states that the retailer is responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by you, or by someone you have nominated to receive them on your behalf, such as a neighbour.
There is a default delivery period of 30 days during which the retailer needs to deliver the goods to you unless a longer period has been agreed.

Gift Vouchers
Please note that at this time, gift vouchers can only be bought and redeemed in person at our shop on Hermitage Road, Hitchin. We aim to enable gift voucher purchases and spending on the website soon.
